Business Analytics Senior Advisor - Remote

As a Business Analytics Senior Advisor, you will lead the development of reporting and analytics that support provider partnerships and drive program performance, influencing outcomes and enhancing decision-making in innovative healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of reporting and data visualizations that drive performance in value-based care programs
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Apply advanced analytics to identify trends, measure outcomes, and support strategic decision-making
• Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business goals
• Continuously improve reporting processes and methodologies to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and impact
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality results

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, financial analysis, or a related field
• Experience working with healthcare claims data
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems
• Experience analyzing large, complex data sets using a variety of tools
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL and R/Python for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to manage analytic projects and deliver results across multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights clearly to diverse audiences
• Experience supporting value-based care programs
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
• Familiarity with data structures, transformation techniques, and data quality validation
