Senior Business Analyst - HR Integration, Remote

Providence Health & Services is a leading healthcare organization committed to patient-focused care. They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who will act as an internal consultant, providing strategic insights and recommendations on value-based care performance and risk arrangements, while ensuring successful completion of service level agreements with internal partners.

Responsibilities:

• Act as an internal consultant and provide recommendations to regional and system executive clients on how to be successful in value-based arrangements
• Synthesize complex value-based care performance results into understandable outputs
• Develop strategic insights into readiness for adoption of additional risk in the system and regions' risk arrangement portfolio
• Gain actionable insights from internal tools and other population health sources in order to provide thought leadership to service areas
• Ensure the Value Based Care and Population Health Informatics successful completion of service level agreements with internal partners and OKRs within the team's performance management structure

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, BSE, BBA, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4 years of experience communicating with healthcare leadership and front-line caregivers
• 2 years of experience working with healthcare claims and/or Electronic Medical Record billing data
• 2 years of experience writing complex SQL queries
• 2 years of Management consulting or technical consulting experience
