Senior Product Manager: Government

Consensus Cloud Solutions is a leading digital cloud fax and interoperability solutions organization focused on connecting healthcare providers and technology innovators. The Senior Product Manager will define and execute the product roadmap, bridging market opportunities with business value while managing the product lifecycle and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and champion new market opportunities to inform long-term strategy
• Define and track product KPIs that directly correlate to business growth and performance targets
• Assure features and functions adhere to pertinent regulatory requirements
• Develop strong product relationships with key customers
• Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle for multiple products
• Proactively resolve cross-functional blockers and optimize release cycles to decrease time-to-market while maintaining high quality
• Champion a culture of rigorous prioritization and focus, ensuring teams deliver maximum value without succumbing to scope creep
• Manage release calendars and ensure defect prioritization across teams
• Define problems and value across product areas, linking technical solutions to business outcomes
• Provide high-level strategic direction for design, ensuring optimal UX, accessibility (A11y), and platform compatibility
• Partner with Engineering leads to drive technical discovery, facilitate trade-off discussions, and assess architectural feasibility
• Maintain the ability to reliably 't-shirt size' features and author complete requirements that account for complex edge cases
• Actively mentor Product Managers on high-quality epics, user stories, and product best practices
• Lead through influence to build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups and drive alignment across multiple departments
• Accurately track capacity and consumption across initiatives weekly for project accounting and resource planning purposes
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested

Requirements:

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma required
• 4+ years of product management experience in software development
• Ability to achieve FedRamp security clearance (on hire)
• Domain Expertise: Recognized subject matter product expert serving government or highly regulated industries
• Technical Acumen: Good understanding of the technology stack and its implications on the roadmap; capable of driving complex technical discussions and decisions with Engineering leads
• Tool Proficiency: Expert knowledge of agile delivery and collaboration platforms, including Jira, Slack, and Figma
• AI/ML Strategy: Proficiency in leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini or ChatGPT) for productivity and an understanding of how to define requirements for AI-driven product features
• Conflict Resolution: Proven ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity to define a clear path forward for multi-stakeholder problems
• Certifications (Preferred): Pragmatic Product Development or similar accredited Product Management certification
