Assist with the creation and maintenance of Power BI and Tableau dashboards supporting multiple service lines and account performance reporting
Transform and curate data from client-managed systems integrated to the client’s cloud data environment (AWS) as well as JLL-managed data sources
Contribute to data quality checks, cleansing, and reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and consistency
Support automated reporting workflows and documentation of data processes
Support the generation of recurring performance reports (KPIs, operational metrics) and basic ad-hoc analyses
Participate in identifying trends and variances in real estate operations, providing account leadership with proactive insights on JLL’s service delivery
Present data findings in a clear and concise way to internal and client stakeholders
Collaborate with account teams to understand reporting requirements, goals, and objectives
Work closely under the guidance of the Senior BI Analyst / BI Team Lead to develop technical and analytical skills
Contribute ideas to improve dashboards, reporting workflows, and user experience
Follow data governance and security protocols aligned with client and JLL standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
Familiarity with data querying in AWS Athena or similar environment
Exposure to AWS Glue, or similar ETL/data integration tools preferred
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn
Effective communicator able to convey findings to non-technical audiences.
