Design, build, and scale cloud infrastructure and CI/CD capabilities supporting healthcare applications and services
Implement and govern Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
Drive compliance alignment across DevOps processes to meet SOC 2, HIPAA
Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational reliability across distributed cloud services
Collaborate with security, compliance, and audit teams to support continuous monitoring
Deliver infrastructure and application deployments during weekend release windows
Enforce and contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and technical design reviews
Troubleshoot and remediate complex production issues

3+ years of DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience
At least 3 years hands-on experience in both Azure and AWS
Demonstrate expertise with YAML-based pipelines (multi-stage, reusable templates, variable groups, environments)
Completed a program of study typically requiring four years of post-secondary education or higher educational attainment in Computer Science or technical related field
Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) and GitHub/GitHub Actions for CI/CD, repository management, and pipelines governance
Proficiency abilities using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
Demonstrate expertise with Azure Cosmo DB, Kubernetes platforms (AKS, EKS), or GitOps tools (Argo CD, Flux)
Maintain experience with observability tools such as Azure Application Insight, New Relic, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch
Have certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-400
