Responsibilities:
- Achieve or exceed assigned revenue and growth targets
- Develop and execute territory or vertical sales plans
- Identify, qualify, and close same-store growth opportunities
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
- Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking in CRM
- Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities using data and analytics
- Conduct virtual discovery meetings to qualify leads, validate opportunity, and understand client objectives and challenges
- Deliver compelling digital presentations and solution demonstrations
- Utilize multi-channel outreach strategies, including phone, email, video, and social selling
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support seamless client onboarding and experience
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of relevant experience required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing a full sales cycle in a B2B environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce
- Strong virtual presentation and consultative selling skills
- Relevant degree preferred
- Experience in healthcare, supply chain, or services preferred
- Experience selling contracts, services, or performance-based solutions preferred
