The Data Warehouse/Integration Engineer will support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of an enterprise data warehouse and related system integrations, contributing to ongoing data warehouse operations and improvement efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of Informatica PowerCenter mappings, sessions, workflows, web services, and related data integration processes
- Assist with building and supporting cross-system interfaces, including automated and manual data conversion activities
- Create and maintain data mapping, operations, and maintenance documentation, including standard procedures and recurring checklists
- Monitor system performance and support tuning efforts for Informatica workflows, SQL queries, and related database processes
- Contribute to the reliability and day-to-day support of enterprise data warehouse integrations and operations
Requirements:
- US Citizen
- B.S. in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience with SQL and relational data modeling
- 2+ years of experience with data integration, ETL/ELT, or enterprise data warehouse environments
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Perl scripting
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience tuning Informatica and database performance
- Experience migrating from Informatica PowerCenter to Informatica Data Management Cloud
