Full Stack Engineer (Junior to Mid-Level)Fortune 50 Healthcare Client Remote
OverviewOur client is seeking a motivated Full Stack Engineer to join their Digital Solutions team. This team is responsible for building and enhancing user-facing web applications that improve the overall digital experience for customers and internal users alike.

Responsibilities- Support the development and maintenance of full stack web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies
- Contribute to front-end development efforts using Vue.js and related component-based architecture
- Assist in building and supporting back-end services and APIs using .NET, Node.js, and TypeScript
- Help enhance authentication and account-related functionality, including login and registration flows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product teams, and business stakeholders
- Participate in integrating APIs and supporting content management platforms such as AEM
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while following established development standards
- Support database development and maintenance efforts within SQL Server environments
- Troubleshoot issues, test functionality, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Learn and adapt quickly within a fast-moving agile environment
Qualifications- 1-3 years of professional software engineering or full stack development experience
- Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular
- Experience or familiarity with back-end development using .NET and/or Node.js
- Understanding of REST APIs and basic microservice concepts
- Basic experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with authentication flows, AEM, or CMS platforms is a plus
- Internship, co-op, or enterprise project experience will also be considered
