Experience with payment gateway integrations, OMS (Order Management Systems), and inventory workflows.
Experience with payment source types, cancellations, returns, late payments handling processes, reactivation of product subscriptions scenarios, promo pricing, taxation elements, global retail sales (transactions and ship-to global delivery models)
Should understand Oracle Cloud Integration
Understanding of ERP workflows (finance, supply chain, HR modules).
Experience with integration testing between Salesforce/eCommerce and Oracle Cloud.
Knowledge of middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica) for data synchronization.
Strong ability to design, execute, and manage test cases (manual and automated).
Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, HP ALM).
Experience with user testing around products/ skus, pricing APIs, lead generation, online retail purchasing based on subscriptions, recurring billing processes, integration points from Salesforce into eCommerce cloud and some understanding of the downstream flows to Oracle for invoicing, J/E, G/L.
