Job Title: SAP ABAP HR Developer
Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid: 3 days a week to onsite)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SAP HR ABAP Developer. The candidate will design, develop, and implement solutions within the SAP HR module. The candidate should have good knowledge of SAP HR/Payroll/Benefits processes, strong ABAP programming skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ABAP code, including reports and interfaces, to support HR/Payroll/Benefits needs.
- Ensure code quality, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
- Design, develop, and test interfaces between SAP HR/Payroll/Benefits and other external/internal systems.
- Set up and troubleshoot data exchange methods like IDocs, ALE, and web services.
- Understand SAP HR modules like Personnel Admin, Payroll, and Time Management to align technical solutions with business processes.
- Perform testing and resolve technical issues in ABAP and integration flows.
- Collaborate with functional teams, SAP Basis, and business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Improve performance and scalability of ABAP programs and interfaces.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in ABAP programming and SAP HR/Payroll/Benefits modules.
- Strong understanding of SAP HR/Payroll/Benefits modules.
- Knowledge of SAP integration techniques and middleware tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues in ABAP and XI/PO environments.
- Experience in testing methodologies, including unit, system, and regression testing.
- Experience working in large SAP implementations, preferably within utility or similar sectors.
- Good communication skills and team collaboration.
