They are seeking a People Technology Manager responsible for architecting and optimizing systems that support recruiting and learning at scale, ensuring seamless workflows and high-quality data globally.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end administration and architecture of recruiting platforms (ATS, CRM, interview tools) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Design and configure workflows, business processes, permissions, and system logic to support global operations. Define and optimize system architecture, balancing scalability, flexibility, and standardization. Translate ambiguous business requirements into structured, scalable technical solutions
- Partner with Technology teams and maintain integrations across systems using APIs, middleware, and data pipelines. Drive automation of manual processes across recruiting and learning workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead. Lead system implementations and enhancements, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing (UAT), and deployment. Continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve system performance
- Establish and maintain data integrity standards, validation rules, and monitoring processes. Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and consistency across systems. Partner with analytics teams to align on reporting frameworks and enable actionable insights
- Leverage AI-enabled capabilities (e.g., candidate matching, chatbots, recommendations, content generation) to optimize recruiting and learning processes. Evaluate and implement AI-driven tools and features across systems. Identify high-impact use cases for AI to improve efficiency, personalization, and decision-making. Partner with stakeholders to drive responsible and scalable adoption of AI solutions
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and perform root cause analysis using structured problem-solving approaches. Partner with IT and Security to ensure system reliability, compliance, and scalability. Establish and document best practices for system configuration, usage, and maintenance. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation (system architecture, data flows, configurations)
- Act as a technical subject matter expert for recruiting and learning systems. Partner with Recruiting and Learning & Development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Collaborate with Business Technology / IT on integrations, architecture, and system performance. Engage with vendors and external partners to support implementations and roadmap alignment. Support global users through issue resolution, training, and documentation to drive adoption and effectiveness
