Independent Health is a boutique recruiting firm focused on making the right match for high-impact opportunities. They are seeking a Staffing Sales Executive to prospect and win new enterprise and mid-market clients, running the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and win new enterprise and mid-market clients (Fortune 1000 + mid-size)
- Run the full sales cycle — outreach to close to onboarding
- Expand a unique MSP/Direct Hire service model to new clients
- Build relationships with TA leaders, Procurement, and CW Program managers
- Attend 2–3 industry events per year
Requirements:
- 7+ years selling Professional Staffing (IT, F&A, Engineering)
- Proven hunter — new business, not account maintenance
- Strong relationships with decision makers in Tech, Finance, or Engineering
- Enterprise and mid-market client experience
- CRM proficiency (Dynamics preferred)
- Bachelor's degree
- Must reside in US
