DevOps Engineer | $70/hr Remote

Crossing Hurdles is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud and on-premises infrastructure solutions. The role involves monitoring system performance, automating processes, and collaborating with development and operations teams to support CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud and on-premises infrastructure solutions
• Monitor system and network performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure maximum uptime
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Implement and maintain robust security practices and compliance standards across environments
• Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to support CI/CD pipelines and application deployments
• Create comprehensive documentation and deliver clear, effective written and verbal communication to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Have expert-level experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Have a strong background in networking, storage, and virtualization technologies
• Be proficient with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar
• Have a deep understanding of containers and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Possess advanced troubleshooting and incident response capabilities
