They are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth by targeting enterprise and mid-market clients in need of IT staffing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting enterprise and mid-market clients in need of IT staffing and project-based solutions
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth
- Cross-sell and up-sell on-site, nearshore, and offshore staffing solutions to align with client needs
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events while leveraging personal connections
- Consult with clients to assess their staffing and project delivery needs, positioning offshore and nearshore capabilities as cost-effective solutions
- Negotiate and close large-scale staffing and IT project engagements, ensuring competitive yet profitable contract terms
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, and closing large-scale staffing and project-based deals
- Proven success in selling on-site, nearshore, and offshore staffing solutions
- Strong understanding of IT hiring needs, including roles in Networking, Cloud, DevOps, Security, Infrastructure, and Digital Transformation
- Established relationships with Fortune 500, mid-market, and high-growth technology companies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and serve as a trusted IT solutions partner
- Experience working in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment with a focus on aggressive revenue growth
