Sr. Process Improvement Engineer/ LSSBB for the Health Plan - Remote

Sentara Health is currently hiring a Sr Process Improvement Engineer/ LSSGB for the Health Plan - Remote. This role is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity within the organization using data-driven methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing operational processes within the organization to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity
• Uses data-driven methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall performance
• Works closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements, monitor outcomes, and ensure the sustainability of improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of process improvement or healthcare management
• Master's degree
• Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt (LSSBB)
• Health plan experience
