Senior Full Stack Project Manager

Apetan Consulting LLC is seeking a Senior Full Stack Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex software projects. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional engineering teams and ensure timely delivery of enterprise-scale applications while balancing technical knowledge and project leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of full stack software development projects
• Manage cross-functional teams including frontend, backend, DevOps, QA, and UI/UX resources
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps and sprint plans
• Oversee Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure alignment across frontend, backend, and infrastructure components
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates
• Ensure adherence to software development best practices and quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of project management experience in software development environments
• Strong understanding of full stack technologies (frontend, backend, APIs, databases)
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum development teams
• Familiarity with technologies such as: JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), Backend technologies (Node.js, Java, .NET, Python), Databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
• Experience working in enterprise or SaaS environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with distributed or remote engineering teams
