Production support with Healthcare / Payer / Care Management domain experience andDonet and SSIS

Dice is a recruiting company, and they are seeking a Production Support professional with extensive experience in the Healthcare domain. The role requires strong leadership in managing production support and expertise in .NET technologies and SQL Server.

Responsibilities:

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 3–5 years in Production Support leadership roles
• Healthcare / Payer / Care Management domain experience (mandatory)
• Strong hands-on expertise in: .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs)
• SQL Server (advanced querying, performance tuning, database design)
• SSIS (development, troubleshooting, and optimization of ETL processes)
• Proven experience managing high-volume, business-critical production environments
• Experience with incident management, RCA, and service improvement
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams
