- Stay current on Claude updates, best practices, and emerging patterns in AI tooling
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience (technical assessment will be required)
- Expert-level proficiency with Claude (Anthropic) and demonstrable experience building production workflows with Claude API, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI workflow design, and LLM integration patterns
- Solid programming fundamentals – language/stack agnostic (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar)
- Experience with API integration, automation frameworks, and workflow orchestration

- Self-directed problem solver who actively tests their own work and identifies edge cases
- Critical thinker who questions processes and pokes holes in assumptions to build robust solutions
- Empathetic collaborator who meets people where they are in their AI learning journey
- Professional, empathic, team player
- Proactive, go-getter mentality with a focus on enablement and knowledge sharing
- Experience conducting workshops, training sessions, or building internal enablement programs

- Experience working in consulting or client-facing technical roles
