DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is the world's 3rd largest supplier of global solutions within transport and logistics. They are seeking a Business Analyst, Enterprise Integrations responsible for designing, developing, and implementing EDI solutions while collaborating with clients to analyze requirements and ensure best practices are followed.
Responsibilities:
- Designs EDI solutions for clients based on local and regional requirements
- Provides regularly scheduled project updates to managers and clients
- Manages overall project
- Works closely with business and clients to define and document client requirements
- Translates the requirements into IT solutions ensuring they are consistent with business requirements and government regulations
- Coordinates between the business and development organizations at the project level
- Implements the project
- Performs functional testing
- Provides support to the global integration team for global projects
- Obtains sign-off from the business and the client on the delivered solutions
- Works closely with project managers throughout the project
- Works both independently and in teams when designing solutions
- Works closely with the development group in the design and implementation of a solution
- Builds and maintains relationships with the sales organization and clients to understand and anticipate customer needs for specific projects
- Works with sales team to provide responses to RFPs/RFQs
- Provides support to development group around changes to the solution
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience developing and implementing EDI solutions
- English language fluency
- Advanced knowledge of EDI solutions + standards
- Advanced knowledge of Business to Business tools
