Interra Health is a fast-growing healthcare technology company transforming how providers and patients navigate the prescription journey. They are seeking a Product Manager who will independently own execution and continuous improvement within a defined product domain, balancing customer needs and technical constraints to deliver high-quality enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Independently own feature-level discovery, requirement definition, prioritization, and delivery within a defined product area
- Translate complex customer and business problems into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
- Evaluate tradeoffs and make prioritization recommendations within your scope, exercising sound judgment with limited oversight
- Partner with engineering on planning, estimation, QA readiness, and release execution, adapting plans as needed based on new information
- Coordinate with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Support to clarify requirements and ensure smooth releases
- Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders by adapting communication style and constructively navigating disagreements to drive product decisions
- Communicate changes, updates, and known issues clearly across the org
- Build productive working relationships with internal partners and, when appropriate, external stakeholders
- Conduct customer interviews, feedback analysis, and usability assessments to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
- Analyze feature usage, performance data, and qualitative insights to diagnose issues and recommend solutions
- Adapt existing approaches or propose variations in response to non-routine or evolving product challenges
- Contribute informed recommendations to broader product strategy discussions
- Manage the backlog for your feature area, ensuring clarity and prioritization
- Provide input into the product roadmap through data and customer insight
- Support Senior PMs in evaluating tradeoffs and investment options
- Track and analyze key metrics related to your product area
- Recommend improvements and optimizations to enhance usability and reliability
- Support root-cause analysis for defects or customer issues
Requirements:
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with provider workflows, healthcare operations, and/or electronic health record (eHR) systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate diverse inputs and exercise sound judgment
- Experience making prioritization decisions and tradeoff recommendations within a structured product environment
- Ability to adapt existing approaches to resolve ambiguous or non-routine product challenges
- Clear and persuasive communication skills, with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority
- Working knowledge of APIs and/or technical products; ability to navigate technical discussions with engineering partners
- Professional maturity to operate independently, with work reviewed at key milestones rather than continuously directed
