Senior Quality Automation Engineer

They are seeking a Senior Quality Automation Engineer to design automated test strategies, validate AI-generated test suites, and ensure quality coverage across complex workflows and integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Design automation strategies leveraging AI-driven test generation approaches
• Validate and refine AI-generated test suites, user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications
• Lead testing efforts for complex features, integrations, and end-to-end workflows
• Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to ensure testability and CI/CD integration
• Develop and maintain automated regression test suites using REST APIs and Test Pyramid principles
• Perform front-end automation testing using Playwright
• Analyze and identify defects using SQL Server and Transact-SQL
• Contribute to synthetic data generation and scenario modeling initiatives
• Support troubleshooting efforts within Kubernetes application clusters
• Mentor junior Quality Engineers and promote quality best practices
• Evaluate release readiness and provide sign-off based on risk assessment

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in QA test automation, including web and/or mobile testing
• Strong experience with C# development and Object-Oriented Programming concepts, including design patterns
• Experience testing REST API services and developing automated regression test suites
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for web automation testing
• Experience working with SQL Server and Transact-SQL for defect analysis
• General knowledge of Kubernetes clusters for troubleshooting service failures
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks, scripting, CI/CD practices, and risk-based test design
• Experience testing complex systems or healthcare workflows; regulated environment experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Intermediate/Advanced English skills with strong communication abilities
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and adaptable to new technologies and legacy systems
