We are seeking a senior-level Business Analyst to lead enterprise-level requirements discovery and business process transformation. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business leadership, product owners, and technical delivery teams to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Core Skills
- Enterprise Discovery & Facilitation: Lead requirements gathering for large-scale initiatives. Facilitate collaborative workshops with stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership to drive alignment.
- Process Modeling (BPMN): Map, review, and optimize current-state and future-state workflows using formal process notation like BPMN.
- Requirements Engineering: Translate high-level business goals into precise functional, non-functional, reporting, and acceptance criteria requirements. Ensure all documentation is clear, testable, and traceable.
- Impact & Risk Analysis: Analyze downstream impacts across systems, reporting, policy, and training. Proactively identify gaps, risks, and system dependencies.
- Mentorship & Quality Control: Review artifacts produced by other analysts, provide coaching, and uphold high BA documentation standards.
Required Experience
- 10+ Years of experience leading enterprise-level requirements discovery.
- 10+ Years of experience facilitating stakeholder and technical workshops.
- 10+ Years of current/future-state gap and risk analysis.
- 10+ Years creating formal business process models (BPMN).
- 10+ Years translating business goals into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
