About this role

Work Arrangement: 100% Fully On-site
Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (No Overtime)

Key Position Highlights
What You Will Do
- Image & Deploy: Apply Windows 11 OS images using SCCM & Intune, and install core software.
- Hardware Setup: Unbox, organize, and assemble desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories.
- Track Assets: Log equipment and update records in ServiceNow.
- Decommission: Assist with retired equipment cleanup.
Important Skills & Requirements
- Technical: Basic knowledge of Windows OS and hardware imaging tools.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably for hardware handling.
- Professional: High attention to detail, strong time management, and clear communication.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Compliance: Must be able to pass a State and National Background Check.
