LMS Technology Specialist Work Authorization: Work Model: Remote
Core Responsibilities The specialist is expected to cover:
- Manage and administer LMS platforms (FedTalent, Percipio, Totara)
- Virtual training implementation
- Online courseware/content development
- LMS integration with third-party systems
- Data migration
- SCORM configuration
- Power BI and LMS reporting
- Help desk / user support
- Workforce competency assessments
- 508 accessibility support
- LMS modernization recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years with federal LMS systems
- Strong technical support + web development + programming + information security
- LMS platform expertise (FedTalent, Percipio, Totara)
- Bachelor s or Master s in IT / CS / related field
- Industry certifications
- Strong communication and customer support skills
