DriveTime is a family of brands that provides quality warranty and ancillary products. The SilverRock Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to educate customers about their warranties and ensure world-class customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls where you’ll be educating and answering questions regarding the customer's warranty
- Anticipate customer needs by evolving self-service options while providing world-class customer service
- Navigate customer interactions and manage customer conflict in a fast-paced call center environment
Requirements:
- High School diploma required
- 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution
- Must be located in AZ, FL, GA, NC, TN, TX, UT or NV
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing
