mybacs is a company focused on making well-being accessible to everyone through innovative products. They are seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to manage influencer campaigns, build relationships with creators, and optimize performance metrics to drive brand growth.
Responsibilities:
- You will manage the full cycle of influencer campaigns, taking charge of every phase from initial research, planning to final execution and managing after postings
- You will identify the right creators, build long-lasting relationships, and handle contract negotiations to secure the best partners for our brand
- You will manage all active collaborations holistically, from campaign coordination to final evaluation
- You will continuously monitor performance, analyzing relevant metrics and deriving actions for goal-oriented optimization
- You will detect relevant trends in influencer marketing early on and apply them strategically to our brand
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in performance-based influencer marketing
- Strong analytical skills and confidence navigating data
- Deep understanding of performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CPM
- Own network of relevant influencers
- Ability to build relationships strategically and maintain them long-term
- Clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Storyclash, Klar, Holistics, or similar platforms
- Ability to analyze with precision and identify relevant trends
- Native Spanish speaker (negotiation level) with very good English skills
- Based in Spain with experience working in remote and multicultural environments
