The Sales Operations Business Analyst will drive operational efficiency through process management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, utilizing technical expertise in data analysis and visualization to support organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze sales and operational data from CRM and BI tools
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as pipeline health, revenue growth, and forecast accuracy
- Conduct business analysis to identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities
- Maintain a deep understanding of business processes, systems, and data to support decision-making
- Create and deliver materials for business reviews and executive presentations
- Provide guidance and support for implementing new processes and systems
- Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization to ensure alignment and collaboration
- Participate in project planning and manage ad hoc initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis or business intelligence
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of sales methodology and processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance KPIs
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking
