SocialPilot is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company helping SMBs and agencies manage their social media effortlessly. They are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of their Online Reputation & Listings Management product line, focusing on customer solutions and product enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market, competitive, and user research to guide product strategy
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive, user-centric product experiences
- Partner with engineering to translate product ideas into seamless, high-performing capabilities
- Work with marketing to strategize and execute go-to-market and feature adoption plans
- Author clear, detailed product briefs and specs that align with business and user goals
- Define success metrics, run experiments, and use analytics to iterate and improve
- Contribute to product discovery and execution for our Online Reputation & Listings Management platform
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve customer outcomes through thoughtful use of AI and automation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product management at a SaaS company
- Proven success in building and scaling at least one product or multiple impactful features
- Experience conducting user interviews and turning insights into actionable plans
- Strong understanding of modern UI/UX principles, experience with Figma is a big plus
- Excellent communication and spec-writing skills, you clearly define the what, why, and how
- Technical fluency to effectively partner with engineering teams
- Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative, and data-driven environment
- Experience with 0→1 product journeys
- Familiarity with social media or marketing technology products
- Experience with reviews, customer feedback, listings, or reputation management products
- Exposure to AI-assisted SaaS workflows or automation features
