Vice President, Strategic Management Projects

Instamedics is an international technology enterprise dedicated to the research and development of medical technology and digital health solutions. The Vice President of Strategic Program Management is responsible for overseeing the company-wide portfolio of strategic programs, ensuring successful delivery and lifecycle management of major strategic initiatives across various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's overall strategic project portfolio
• Prioritize strategic projects and allocate resources accordingly
• Ensure project alignment with corporate strategic objectives
• Balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals
• Periodically optimize the structure of the strategic project portfolio
• Oversee the full lifecycle execution of company-wide strategic projects
• Establish project plans, milestones, and delivery standards
• Track project progress, costs, and quality
• Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of strategic projects
• Manage project deviations and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate efforts across departments such as Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, and Marketing
• Resolve cross-departmental resource conflicts and prioritization issues
• Drive the implementation of strategic objectives within each department
• Establish cross-functional collaboration mechanisms
• Enhance organizational execution consistency
• Establish and optimize the enterprise-wide PMO framework
• Define project management standards and methodologies
• Promote the standardization and formalization of project management practices
• Establish a project governance structure. Model)
• Enhance Project Management Maturity
• Establish a Strategic Execution Monitoring System (Dashboard)
• Periodically assess the progress of strategic project execution
• Report strategic execution status to senior leadership
• Identify execution risks and bottlenecks
• Provide recommendations for strategic adjustments
• Identify risks associated with strategic project execution
• Develop risk mitigation and response strategies
• Manage major project crises and emergent issues
• Ensure the continuous advancement of critical projects
• Reduce the failure rate of strategic execution
• Optimize resource allocation for strategic projects
• Manage budgets and resource utilization efficiency
• Ensure critical projects receive priority resource allocation
• Improve overall resource utilization rates
• Support the development of organizational capabilities
• Manage cross-national/regional strategic projects
• Drive the adoption of globally consistent execution standards
• Coordinate regional project teams
• Support the localization and implementation of international strategies
• Enhance global project collaboration efficiency
• Establish a KPI framework for project performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Engineering Management, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field
• 20+ years of experience in project management or strategic management
• 15+ years of experience in senior management roles (Director / VP)

• PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2 / PMI-ACP certification
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and traditional project management methodologies
• Experience with digital transformation projects
• Experience managing projects across multiple global regions
• Background in management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG)
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana)
