Full-Stack Software Engineer

H1 is a company dedicated to improving healthcare access and equity through innovative technology. They are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to develop their healthcare data application, collaborating with teams to ensure a high-quality user experience and managing various technical aspects of the product.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in building a world-class user experience
• Work on APIs powering our applications
• Build and maintain data pipelines using Airflow and Kafka
• Build and maintain client-facing applications powered by React (TanStack Start, Next.js, and more)
• Ensure you are supporting your team in delivering the best healthcare data application in the market
• Manage and deploy infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes
• Work across teams, managing cross-functional dependencies where required

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in building products within top-tier engineering teams
• Experience with our core technologies: Typescript/ Javascript, React, NodeJS, SQL, GraphQL, ElasticSearch, AWS
• Experience with databases like PostgreSQL
• Software management tools such as Git, JIRA, and CircleCI
• Experience with or strong willingness to learn data pipeline tools such as Apache Airflow and Apache Kafka
• Developer Operations, deploying to systems like AWS and Kubernetes
• Experience in healthcare or clinical trials
• Familiarity with Agentic tools and their application in real-world engineering scenarios
• Experience building GraphQL services
