Tali AI is a leading, fast-growing startup dedicated to leveraging artificial intelligence to dramatically improve healthcare accessibility. They are seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead product execution and solve complex product challenges, ensuring alignment across teams and driving impactful decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Your leadership will be defined by intellectual clarity, learning agility, and the quality of the evidence-based decisions you drive
- You will be tasked with solving product problems that are strategically pivotal but currently lack definition
- Your primary contribution is to provide that shape: rigorously identifying underlying constraints, defining the problem with necessary technical specificity, and aligning Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market teams around a cohesive, forward-moving plan
- You will operate fluidly across all these domains as the problem requires
- You will leverage AI for deep engagement with Tali’s technology, rapid prototyping of concepts, metric-driven analysis, and moving from problem identification to validated direction significantly faster than conventional processes permit
- You will collaborate with a focused, growing team that deploys daily, reasons with precision, and is deeply committed to the well-being of the clinicians and patients impacted by every decision
- You have successfully navigated complex, ambiguous product challenges, taking them from unclear starting points to production systems that users rely upon
- You can effectively synthesize inputs from engineering, design, clinical users, and GTM partners to establish concrete product direction, backed by solid quantitative analysis
- You possess a deep understanding of products that integrate software infrastructure, machine learning models, and human clinical workflows
- You inherently grasp how product choices interact with technical and regulatory constraints
- You utilize AI as a tool to explore ideas, conduct data-intensive analysis, and quickly iterate on prototypes before committing significant engineering resources
- You can dissect complex, real-world workflows to pinpoint the core user problem and reduce it to a solvable challenge for the team
- You clearly connect product decisions to measurable clinician outcomes, adoption rates, and overall business impact
- You elevate the performance of those around you through the sheer clarity of the problems you articulate, the rigorous justification behind your prioritization choices, and the high standard you set for sound product decision-making
- You have taken ownership of a strategically critical product problem, directing it toward a clear, data-informed solution alongside Engineering and Design
- You are the established expert for a complex product area
- You have converted at least two or three ambiguous areas into concrete, results-oriented directions and successfully validated their impact on key metrics
- Your insights, grounded in user behavior and system performance, are actively influencing the company's strategic roadmap
- You have earned strategic scope through exceptional execution
