Soho Square Solutions is looking for a Business Analyst specializing in Campaign Management & Measurement. The role involves partnering with various stakeholders to enhance campaign attribution processes and support operational improvements in customer engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with campaign management, data, and business stakeholders to understand existing campaign attribution and measurement processes
- Document current workflows, data flows, dependencies, and operational processes within the campaign management environment
- Identify process gaps, enhancement opportunities, and areas for operational improvement
- Support ongoing modernization and optimization initiatives related to campaign measurement and customer engagement operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, organize findings, and support future-state process recommendations
- Assist with basic data analysis and validation activities as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting data, marketing, campaign management, or analytics environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with process documentation, workflow analysis, and gap assessment
- Foundational SQL knowledge and ability to work with data for analysis and validation purposes
- Experience working within cross-functional business and technology teams
- Experience supporting campaign management, marketing operations, customer engagement, or Mar Tech environments
- Familiarity with campaign measurement, attribution, or customer communication workflows
- Exposure to banking or financial services environments is a plus
- Experience working with platforms such as Unica or similar Mar Tech tools is preferred but not required
