IronGate Cybersecurity LLC is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and generate demand. This role blends storytelling, digital marketing, public relations, and data-driven decision-making to effectively communicate complex security solutions to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels—from concept through delivery—to drive lead generation and brand visibility
- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align messaging with business goals and cybersecurity offerings
- Create and edit compelling content including whitepapers, blogs, case studies, press releases, newsletters, website copy, and thought leadership assets
- Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, engaging, and audience-friendly narratives
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all internal and external communications
- Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and messaging across digital platforms, campaigns, and customer touchpoints
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including website content, email campaigns, and organic/paid social media
- Develop and maintain editorial and content calendars to drive engagement and audience growth
- Leverage SEO/SEM best practices to increase visibility and reach
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, analysts, and cybersecurity influencers
- Secure media coverage, speaking opportunities, and award placements to elevate brand credibility
- Support crisis communication efforts and reputation management when needed
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social media insights
- Use data to optimize campaigns, inform strategy, and improve ROI
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
- 5–7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, preferably within cybersecurity, technology, or B2B environments
- Proven experience managing integrated campaigns and working cross-functionally
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong portfolio of published or produced work
- Ability to adapt messaging for technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Proficiency with Email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo)
- Proficiency with Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Proficiency with Design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity trends, terminology, and industry landscape
- Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) and lead generation strategies
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Prior leadership or project management experience strongly preferred
