Oscilar is building an advanced AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform that helps banks and fintechs manage fraud and compliance risk. They are seeking a Founding Content Marketing Manager to create and manage content across various channels, aiming to enhance Oscilar's brand recognition in the AI risk decisioning space.
Responsibilities:
- Publish multiple pieces of content every week across formats and channels
- Own the weekly editorial meeting and the quarterly content roadmap
- Source topics from exec POVs, customer calls, Slack, #pulse, and your own reading
- Brief, review, and polish writing — yours and others' — to a consistent Oscilar voice
- Run experiments: new formats, new channels, new distribution tactics
- Read the numbers: what ranked, what got cited, what drove pipeline, what flopped
- Own the blog as a pipeline channel — editorial calendar, topic strategy, production, and performance
- Ship SEO articles that rank and AEO articles that get cited by LLMs
- Partner with the Performance Marketing Manager on keyword strategy and landing page architecture
- Build the content repurposing pipeline: blog → ebook → webinar → social → newsletter
- Ghost-write LinkedIn posts, essays, and op-eds for Neha, Sachin, Saurabh, and other execs
- Build each exec's voice into a distinct, recognizable point of view on risk, fraud, and AI in finance
- Run the weekly cadence: pulse sourcing, drafts, review, publish, measure
- Coordinate with PR and events teams on speaking opportunities and earned media
- Stand up Oscilar's presence on Twitter/X and Reddit from scratch — brand handle, exec handles, subreddit engagement strategy
- Experiment with short-form video, podcast clips, and community-native formats
- Build a playbook for each channel that is distinct from LinkedIn, not a copy-paste
- Lead creative brand campaigns across video, podcasts, physical books, and formats we have not tried yet
- Produce brand marketing content that makes Oscilar feel bigger than its headcount
- Brief and manage external creative partners: videographers, designers, illustrators, sound engineers
- Own the taste bar on what ships with the Oscilar name on it
- Launch and grow an external email newsletter that our ICP actually wants in their inbox
- Run customer marketing content: case studies, customer spotlights, user stories, and lifecycle email
- Coordinate with CS and Sales on customer narratives that work for both prospects and existing accounts
- Build and run content production pipelines powered by Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and agentic AI
- Design workflows that turn one anchor asset (a research report, a webinar, a book chapter) into 30 downstream pieces
- Maintain the taste filter: AI produces the volume, you produce the quality bar
- Ship the internal tools and prompts the rest of the marketing team needs to go faster
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years in B2B content, brand, or editorial roles
- Comfortable across formats: long-form SEO, social, video scripts, newsletters, podcasts, ebooks, and more
- Portfolio shows range, not just one format done well ten times
- You do not write content and hope it finds an audience — you design for the channel before you start
- Deep familiarity with LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, search, email, and podcast ecosystems
- You have launched a new channel from zero and know what the first 90 days look like
- You ship at a volume most content marketers consider reckless — and somehow the quality holds
- You have opinions on where polish adds pipeline and where it just slows you down
- Comfortable making the call to publish when it is 80% right and iterate in public
- You understand how content compounds into brand in B2B and software specifically
- You can name the companies doing this well right now and explain why
- You know the difference between 'content that ranks' and 'content that builds a brand' — and you can do both
- Daily operator of Claude Cowork and Claude Code, or equivalent agentic AI tools
- You have built content pipelines powered by AI and can show receipts
- You reach for an AI agent before you reach for a freelancer
- You have strong opinions on where AI belongs in content production and where a human has to hold the pen
- Content marketing at a company selling to financial institutions or regulated industries
- Journalism, editorial, or longform writing background
- Video production fluency — scripting, directing, or editing short-form content yourself
- Podcast production experience, from booking to post-production
- Comfort shipping webapps or microsites with GitHub and Vercel (or similar) for content campaigns
- Worked at a company in the $5M–$50M ARR scaling phase
