Staff Product Manager, Conversion ML

Liftoff Mobile is a leading AI-powered performance marketing platform for the mobile app economy, seeking a Conversion ML Product Manager to shape their product strategy for a neural-net powered machine learning system. The role involves developing new ideas to enhance the machine learning platform and adapting the product roadmap based on data and findings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new ideas to improve our machine learning platform and models
• Develop experimentation plans via brainstorming, market research, and deep analysis
• Work with a world class team of engineers who are strong in both machine learning and software engineering
• Continuously adapt the product roadmap to new data and findings that arise frequently when working with a complex machine learning driven system

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working closely with software and machine learning engineers and shipping technical data driven products
• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, 6 years with a Master or 3 years with a PhD
• A strong mathematics, computer science, and/or machine learning background
• Solid analytical reasoning and cost-benefit analysis
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills
• SQL and basic proficiency with a scripting language (e.g. Python, R)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
