Senior Product Manager - Agentic AI

MavenAI is a profitable, growth-stage company focused on building industry-leading martech and data products for the PropTech space. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and ship new products within their Revenue Management suite, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to drive product development and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end discovery through launch of AI agents in the Revenue Management space
• Plan, configure and tune AI agents to optimize quality, reliability, and business outcomes
• Ship fast. Write specs, design workflows, build prototypes, and work side-by-side with designers and engineers to get features into production
• Design evaluation frameworks to systematically measure agent quality — build test suites, analyze output patterns and edge cases, and use those signals to iteratively improve performance
• Define and validate guardrails that ensure safe, compliant, and predictable agent performance across real-world pricing scenarios
• Use AI tools and agents to accelerate your own workflow
• Stand up customer feedback loops (weekly cadences with key accounts) and use those signals to prioritize ruthlessly
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales Engineering teams to ensure products land well and drive adoption
