Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team, providing mentorship, feedback, and clear career development pathways
- Define and drive the analytical and product roadmap by setting measurable goals and aligning cross-functional teams around success metrics
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to uncover insights, optimize funnels, and inform high-impact decisions
