- Analytical Skills for assessing client challenges, identifying solutions, and improving processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Previous client-facing experience, particularly in a SaaS or technology environment
