Lead a small, collaborative reporting and data engineering team.
Build and maintain regulated, production‑grade data pipelines for quality and regulatory reporting.
Design and deploy automated data pipelines using Azure DevOps, Python, and SQL.
Enable self‑service analytics and AI‑driven exploration for business partners.
Collaborate with quality, analytics, and business teams to translate needs into reliable, scalable data products.

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required.

Experience with information technology concepts, application development methodology, terminology, and standards required.

Systems and programming experience required.
1 year
Expert working knowledge of at least one programming language in use at BCBST.
Programming experience with SQL or equivalent programming language required.
Experience with regulatory or accrediting body requirements (i.e., NCQA, URAC, EQRO,CMS) and non-clinical quality improvement experience preferred.
Supervisory and Team Lead experience strongly preferred.
