Healthcare Data Analyst

TalentOla is seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst to join an Agile team focused on building healthcare applications. The role involves implementing new features while adhering to best coding development standards and requires expertise in healthcare data and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• 8+ years of healthcare data experience , including a strong background in healthcare or clinical analytics
• High proficiency in SQL , with the ability to independently mine and process large-scale, complex healthcare datasets
• Proficiency in a data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and the ability to translate complex analytical outputs into clear stories for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Deep understanding of claims billing processes and code sets (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS ), including knowledge of how these elements are applied in analytics
• Working knowledge of additional coding languages (e.g., Python, R) is a strong plus
