ALOIS Solutions is seeking a senior sales leader for the role of Director – Sales & Customer Success focusing on Analytics and AI Services. This position involves driving new business development, managing customer success, and expanding strategic client relationships across the US market.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition and expand strategic client relationships across the US market
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for Analytics, AI/ML, Data Science, BI, and Data Engineering service offerings
- Develop and execute GTM strategies in collaboration with leadership teams
- Build partnerships and alliances to support revenue growth initiatives
- Manage customer success and long-term account growth
- Travel across the US for client meetings, business development, and relationship management
Requirements:
- 10–16 years of experience in technology consulting/services sales
- Strong experience selling Analytics, AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud, or Data Engineering solutions/services
- Proven track record in: New business development, New logo acquisition, Enterprise sales and strategic account management
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and CXO-level decision makers
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with partner/co-selling ecosystems such as Microsoft, Databricks, etc
- Consulting or IT Services industry experience highly preferred
- Technical sales exposure in BI, AI/ML, GenAI, or Cloud technologies
- Relevant certifications in AI, GenAI, Cloud, or Analytics are a plus
