REMOTE || Senior Informatica IDMC Data Engineer || W2 Only

HYR Global Source Inc is seeking a Senior Informatica IDMC Data Engineer to support enterprise data warehouse and ETL modernization initiatives. This role requires a hands-on engineer with expertise in Informatica IDMC and advanced SQL skills to design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines while collaborating with stakeholders to define business rules.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines using Informatica IDMC (CDI)
• Debug and analyze complex datasets using advanced SQL
• Support data warehouse development and raw data layer creation
• Identify data issues, inconsistencies, and rule gaps
• Collaborate with stakeholders to extract and define business rules
• Work independently to gather requirements and drive deliverables

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience required
• Informatica IDMC (CDI)
• SQL
• ETL pipeline development
• Strong experience with Informatica IDMC (CDI is mandatory)
• Advanced SQL (debugging, performance tuning, data validation)
• Solid experience in ETL pipeline development in enterprise environments
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Experience working with unclear or evolving requirements
• IDMC CAI (API/JSON integrations)
• Python (basic understanding or ability to read code)
• Experience with APIs, JSON, or data integration frameworks
• Exposure to orchestration tools (e.g., JAMS)
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude)
• .NET / C# exposure
