- Position: Programmer Analyst 3
- Location: Richmond, VA
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Requires occasional onsite meetings/project planning; local candidates preferred)
- Interview Process: High volume may require an initial phone screen, followed by a mandatory In-Person/Onsite Interview.
Core Technical Skills Required
To be successful in this position, you must have at least 8 years of experience in the following:
- C# .NET: Expert-level web application design and development (including ASP.NET/MVC and .NET Core).
- SQL Server 2019: Strong database design, optimization, and complex SQL programming.
- Front-End Development: 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, JQuery, and HTML.
- Communication: Excellent written documentation and verbal communication skills.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
- Telerik UI controls (3+ years)
- Agile development methodologies (2+ years)
- M365 Power Platform & Azure Cloud (2+ years)
- GitLab & DevSecOps pipelines (1+ years)
Key Requirements for Applicants
- Candidates must physically reside within the US for the duration of the assignment (no offshore contractors).
- Must be willing and able to attend an onsite interview and work in a hybrid capacity in Richmond, VA.
