About this role
We are looking for a senior-level Business analystto drive a major application and data migration initiative.
Position Details
- Location: Richmond, VA
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite at least 1 day per week; must be local to Richmond)
- Interview Process: Strict In-Person/Onsite Interview Only
(Note: Parking is not provided for onsite days/interview)

If you have a strong background in the following areas, we want to hear from you:
- Migration & Analysis: Proven experience with Application & Data Migration projects, including documenting current/future states, performing GAP Analysis, and creating User Stories with Acceptance Criteria.
- Project Coordination: Ability to facilitate project calls, track tasks across multiple cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and act as a consultant to stakeholders.
- Process Mapping: Strong skills in representing complex business requirements into clear process flows and pictorial diagrams.
- Testing & QA: Hands-on experience creating test plans/scenarios, participating in integration testing, and guiding users through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Security & Documentation: Experience assisting with system security documents and creating end-user training manuals.
- Tech Stack: High proficiency in SharePoint, MS Project, MS Teams, and standard MS Office applications.
