Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- Experience managing complex IT projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong experience with cloud migration and data warehouse projects.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical business teams.
- Experience working with Oracle, PL/SQL, BigQuery, Dataflow, and DataStream.
- Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
- Experience creating project plans, managing risks, and resolving issues.
- Experience supporting senior project teams and driving projects to completion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on large State of Indiana software projects.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- PMP Certification.
- Experience leading on-premise to cloud data warehouse migrations.
