Job Title: Axiom Data Modeler

Job Location: Montreal, QC

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

5 years of experience developing reports in Axioms Controller View 9.8 and above.
Good understanding of Data Sources, Data Models, Shorthand Portfolios, Aggregations, Free Form Tabular Reports, and Workflow using AXIOM Controller view tool based on regulatory report requirements.
Solid understanding of SQL and ETL technologies.
3 years of experience at a financial institution, ideally in Regulatory Reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication and collaborative skills required.
Strong SQL/PLSQL skills, experience with data modeling and ETL concepts.
Experience with job schedulers such as Autosys.
Exposure to Python, Java, Scala, or shell scripting is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with big data or cloud frameworks is an added advantage.
