Scrum Master Salesforce (USA)Key Responsibilities? Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews? Work closely with Salesforce development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders toensure timely delivery? Track sprint progress, manage risks/dependencies, and drive continuous improvement? Facilitate backlog grooming, estimation, and release planning? Prepare and share Agile metrics, status reports, and delivery updatesRequired Skills? 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments? Hands-on experience working with Salesforce teams/projects (Sales Cloud, ServiceCloud, Lightning, etc.)? Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC? Experience with JIRA/Confluence and Agile reporting metrics? Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsPreferred? CSM/PSM certification? Experience working with US-based customers and distributed teams
