Job Overview:
Pay Range: $50hr - $53hr
- The Salesforce System Administrator will serve as the primary support resource for Salesforce users, ensuring effective system administration, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform.
- The role focuses on enhancing user experience, maintaining system integrity, and supporting business operations through efficient Salesforce administration.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related user queries and issues.
- Provide timely support, troubleshooting, and resolution for user requests.
- Guide users on system functionality and best practices to improve adoption.
- Engage effectively with business stakeholders to understand requirements and challenges.
- Communicate updates, issue status, and resolutions clearly to users and leadership teams.
- Ensure a high-quality user experience through proactive communication and support.
- Manage user access, roles, profiles, and security settings in Salesforce.
- Perform routine system administration tasks including data updates, validations, and monitoring.
- Maintain data quality, system integrity, and compliance with internal standards.
- Resolve user issues through structured ticketing systems and support workflows.
- Escalate complex issues to technical teams as required.
- Track and maintain logs of issues, resolutions, and improvements.
- Develop user guides, FAQs, and training materials for business users.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and periodic training for new and existing users.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process and system improvements.
- Support enhancements and system changes based on business needs.
- Contribute to improving overall user experience and system efficiency.
Skills:
- Strong experience in Salesforce Administration or user support roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to handle business user support and issue resolution.
- Good understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with ticketing systems, support systems, and incident management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualification And Education:
- Experience in Salesforce Administration or related user support roles.
