Job Overview:
- The Warehouse Coordinator will support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, and material handling processes in a fast-paced environment.
- This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to safely handle warehouse equipment and materials.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1 2 years of warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, twist, and lift 10 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills.
- Strong reliability and dependability.
- Experience operating manual and power pallet jacks preferred.
- Experience with warehouse equipment and material handling processes preferred.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Valid forklift certification is helpful but not required.
- Perform general warehouse duties including standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, and lifting materials regularly.
- Operate manual and power pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation using computer systems.
- Support shipping, receiving, and material handling processes efficiently.
- Assist with warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals.
- Experience with pallet jacks and warehouse equipment.
- Knowledge of SAP or warehouse management systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing warehouse priorities and schedules.
