User Experience Designer Manager

Allstate is a company focused on protecting families and their belongings from life's uncertainties. They are seeking a User Experience Designer Manager to lead a team of designers in creating innovative and user-friendly solutions for their customers and employees.

Responsibilities:

• Anticipates UX operational issues and develops preventative measures
• Recognizes gaps in UX processes and recommends holistic solutions
• Provides direct reports clear, actionable feedback on performance
• Builds cross-functional partnerships enabling the team to execute on a UX strategy
• Applies people and project management skills to ensure team delivers best-in-class product and services to market
• Provides direction and guidance for user experience team members on work priorities, performance, and career development
• Partners with business stakeholders to help understand upcoming design needs and operating strategies
• Oversees day-to-day operations and performance of user experience team

Requirements:

• 4 year Bachelors Degree
• 7 or more years of related experience
• 5 or more years in people management
